Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced zucchini
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and onion in salted butter for 5 minutes. Drain well.
    Mix together sour cream, chicken soup and carrots. Fold in zucchini and onion.
    In separate bowl, combine melted butter and stuffing mix.
    Spread 1/2 stuffing mix in baking dish. Spoon zucchini over that, then top with remaining stuffing mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serves 8.
