Curried Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. chicken wings
1/2 tsp. each poppy seed, sesame seed and chopped mint leaves
1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. curry powder
2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation

Disjoint chicken wings and place into a large bowl (save tips for soup or stock).
Add poppy and sesame seed, mint, curry powder, salt and lemon juice.
Toss until wings are thoroughly coated.
