Sour Cream Swordfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 swordfish steaks
    4 Tbsp. butter
    salt, pepper and paprika to taste
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Wipe fish.
    Place in broiler and broil for 5 minutes.
    Turn over and spread with sour cream.
    Sprinkle with spices, return to 425\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
