Homemade Sausage (Italian) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fresh pork butt, ground
pinch of red pepper or black pepper
fennel seed to taste
salt to your taste
sausage casing (1 inch; prefer pork)
Preparation

Mix
ground
pork, pepper, fennel and salt together and let stand 20 to 30 minutes.
In the meanwhile, soak casings in lukewarm
water and wash well.
A sausage stuffer will come in handy.
You
make
like to make patties.
Fry or broil sausage until thoroughly cooked.
You can bake sausages in a 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
Pork must be cooked thoroughly.
