Coffee Jelly With Macaroon Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. granulated gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. strong coffee
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
    Add boiling water and sugar. Stir well.
    Let cool for thirty minutes, then add the coffee and vanilla; stir again and put in a nine-inch ring mold.
    Chill for five hours.
    Turn jellied coffee onto chilled plate and fill the center with Macaroon Cream.
