Fruit Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 12 oz. can cherry juice
    1 (1 lb.) can pears, drained
    1 pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
    1 c. heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (1 lb.) can apricots
Preparation
    Heat cherry juice with 1/2 cup juice drained from pears.
    Add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
    Cool until congealing starts. Pour into ring mold and chill until firm.
    Unmold on a large plate. Whip the cream gradually adding sugar and vanilla.
    Pile in center of ring.
    Arrange pears and apricots around ring.
    Serves 6.
