Gazebo Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    3 to 4 stalks celery, chopped fine
    1 lb. grated carrots
    2 cans chicken broth
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. picante sauce
    parsley flakes (as desired)
    3 cans potato soup
    16 oz. Velveeta, chopped
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    I use my food processor to quickly chop veggies.
