Baked Sliced Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch slices.
    Place in a 13 x 9-inch buttered baking dish overlapping slices.
    Mix butter and oil; brush slices with mixture.
    Pour remaining over potatoes.
    Sprinkle with garlic, salt and thyme.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serve hot.
