Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) box spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
2 c. cubed, cooked turkey
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 medium onion, chopped
2 (4 oz. each) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimientos, drained
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
additional shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation

Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Transfer to a large bowl.
Add the next 10 ingredients and mix well.
Spoon into a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese if desired.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until heated through.
Yield:
6 to 8 servings.
