Easy Company Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 lb. sausage, ham or bacon, browned and drained
    4 slices bread
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Place bread slices on bottom of pan (cut where necessary to fit).
    Beat eggs.
    Add milk and remaining ingredients, except cheese.
    Pour over bread.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Uncover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (let stand 5 minutes before serving). Serves 12.
