Veal Cutlets Continental(With Ham) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 thinly sliced veal cutlets (about 1 1/4 lb.)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    butter or margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced process Muenster cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced cooked ham
    1/4 c. regular all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. lemon juice or more
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel (for garnish)
    1 tsp. chopped parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
    About 1 hour before serving, sprinkle veal with salt and pepper.
    In large skillet over medium-high heat, in 1/4 cup hot butter, quickly cook cutlets, a few at a time, until well browned and tender.
    Drain on paper towels.
