Pasta A La Jimmy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pasta (linguini)
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    chopped parsley, mixed in olive oil mixture
    2 oz. olive oil
    1/2 oz. chicken broth
Preparation
    Boil pasta and drain.
    Saute garlic in the olive oil until golden (be careful not to burn or scorch the garlic.)
    Add chicken broth and parsley to the pan; stir briefly, then add cooked pasta to the pan and stir briefly.
    Add freshly grated Parmesan or Romano cheese to taste and serve.
