Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. stew beef, browned
    5 stalks celery
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1 c. water
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 c. tapioca
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. wine (optional)
Preparation
    Dice all vegetables.
    Place all ingredients in roaster.
    Cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 1/2 hours.
