Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 small chopped onion
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients (except soup) in order listed.
    Mix well.
    Form into patties.
    Roll lightly in flour and brown on both sides in butter.
    Pour soup and 1 can water over meat patties. Simmer, covered, for 45 minutes, temperature about 250\u00b0 in electric skillet.
