Baked Cup Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Scald milk; remove from stove and add beaten eggs, sugar and salt.
    Stir fast.
    Pour into 10 custard cups, which have been set into a large pan of hot water.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Remove from pan and cool.
