Carrot Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. carrots, cooked and mashed
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 eggs, beaten well
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Mix together and put in greased mold. Place in pan of water and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until set. Turn out onto serving dish and fill cavity with peas.
