Clam Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. water
1 can mushroom soup
2 beaten eggs
1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
2 cans drained minced clams
30 Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Mix all; bake about 1 hour in a moderate oven.
Use clam juice instead of water unless you are worried about salt intake.
Serves 6 to 8.
Delicious and easy.
