Nathan'S Favorite Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can refried beans
    1 medium ripe avocado
    lemon juice
    salt
    pepper
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco mix
    3 green onion tops, chopped
    1 c. fresh tomatoes, chopped
    1 (7 1/4 oz.) can olives, sliced
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar, grated
Preparation
    Spread beans on platter.
    Peel and mash avocado.
    Season with lemon, salt and pepper.
    Mix well and spread over top of beans. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco mix and spread over avocado. Sprinkle on onion tops, tomatoes and olives.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Chill for several hours.
    Serve with nacho chips.
