Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. crackers, crushed (Ritz crackers)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until very stiff.
    Add slowly sugar and baking powder.
    Crush 21 crackers (about 1 cup).
    Add pecans to the crackers.
    Fold this into egg white mixture and add vanilla. Grease a deep pie plate.
    Fill and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Refrigerate overnight.
    Top with whipped cream.
    Use Ritz crackers.
