Squash Continental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 small squash (zucchini, crookneck or chayote)
    1/4 C butter
    2 tsp water
    1 clove crushed garlic
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
Preparation
    Cut unpared squash into 1/2 inch rounds.
    Saute in mixture of butter, water, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Cook, covered 6-8 minutes.
