Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. oil
    1 c. fresh blueberries or 1 c. unthawed frozen blueberries
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; set aside.
    Stir together egg, milk and oil; stir into flour mixture just until moistened.
    Gently fold in blueberries; fill greased muffin tins 1/2 full of batter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Yields 12 muffins.
