Grandma'S Cheese Freeze - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small box lemon jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 can Carnation milk
2 (8-inch) graham cracker crusts or 1 (9 x 13-inch) dish with graham cracker crust
Preparation

Chill milk overnight. (It has to be real cold.) Mix 1 cup boiling water to jello. Set it in refrigerator to cool. (Do not let set.) Cream sugar and cream cheese. Add jello mix and whip. Whip up milk to a good thickness. (Will look like whip cream.) Add cream cheese mixture to milk; whip up real good. Pour into crust. (You can also add strawberries or cherries on top.) Let set in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours before serving.
