Francesca And Alessandra'S Macaroni And Cheese(Or Fettucini Alfredo) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fettucini noodles
    8 oz. Parmesan cheese
    8 oz. heavy cream
    4 cloves garlic
    1/4 lb. butter
Preparation
    Boil fettucini in 6-quarts of water. Drain when al dente. Melt butter over low heat.
    Add garlic.
    Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, then add all other ingredients. Remove from heat.
    Toss in large bowl with noodles until well blended.
    Serve with crusty Italian bread and a tossed salad.
