Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. skimmed milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. corn oil or margarine
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. rice, cooked
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Add sugar, salt and margarine.
    Stir until margarine is melted.
    Slowly add milk mixture to eggs, stirring constantly.
    Mix in rice, raisins and vanilla.
    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until knife inserted is clean, in a 350\u00b0 oven.
