Easy Fudge Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large saucepan, over low heat, melt 1 cup chips with butter. Remove from heat.
    Add Bisquick mix, milk, egg and vanilla.
    Stir in remaining 1 cup chips.
    Turn into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from the sides of the pan. Cool. Frost, if desired.
    Cut into bars.
    Makes 24 to 36 bars. Store at room temperature.
