Apple Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar, scant cups
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 large tsp. vanilla
    3 c. apple, peeled and cut into large pieces
    1 c. nuts, cut into large pieces
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, combine oil, sugar and eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients, mix thoroughly and pour into two greased 9 3/4 x 5 3/4 x 2 3/4-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 to 20 minutes.
