Seafood Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. oil
    1 c. crabmeat
    4 lb. fresh peeled shrimp
    1/2 lb. fish fillets
    1/2 pt. oysters
    1 can whole tomatoes
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped bell peppers
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    3 qt. water
    2 c. chopped okra, cooked
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. green onion tops and parsley, finely chopped
Preparation
    Make Roux:
    Get oil hot in heavy pan.
    Gradually add flour, stirring continuously, until well mixed.
    Lower heat and continue stirring until peanut butter color.
    Set aside.
