Jiffy Cake Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Jiffy yellow cake mix
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (light)
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
1 c. milk
1 can crushed pineapple or any fruit of your liking
1 small Cool Whip (light)
Preparation

Mix cake as per box instructions and bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Blend pudding, milk and cream cheese until smooth (make pudding and blend in the cream cheese).
Spread over cooled cake.
Spread crushed pineapple and then cover with lots of Cool Whip (about 1 to 2 inches thick).
Top with nuts and cherries if you like.
Chill and serve.
