Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Pioneer biscuit mix
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 lb. sausage (deer sausage is real good)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0 .
    Lightly grease a baking sheet.
    Knead by hand to mix ingredients.
    Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
    Let drain and serve hot. This dough can be frozen for later baking.
    Makes up to 56 balls.
