Ploy Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buckwheat
    1 c. white flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    If too yellow, add 1 teaspoon cream of tartar.
    Add water until creamy (2 cups).
    Fry on ungreased pan.
    Serve with beans, hot dogs, etc.
