Easy Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 can Veg-All mixed vegetables
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small jar diced pimentos, drained
    1 uncooked pie shell
Preparation
    Boil chicken in water until tender.
    Remove skin and debone. Save broth.
    In a large casserole dish put chicken, soup, vegetables and pimentos.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Top with pie crust and cut a slit in the top for the steam.
    This can be made up a day ahead of time and refrigerated.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until the crust is done.
