Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. white sugar
pinch of salt
3 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
3 Tbsp. white syrup
1 carton half and half (2 c.)
2 tsp. vanilla
nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mix first five ingredients together and cook to soft ball. Cool in cold water until you can stand your hand to touch bottom of pan.
Add vanilla and beat until creamy.
Pour into buttered pan.
Add nuts, if desired.
