Ambrosia - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in juice
1 c. shredded sweetened coconut
1 c. sour cream
sliced almond and maraschino cherries (for garnish)
Preparation

Drain mandarin oranges and pineapple chunks well.
In medium bowl, mix coconut and sour cream.
Carefully fold in drained oranges and pineapple chunks.
Serve in individual dessert dishes. Garnish with almonds and cherries.
