Low-Calorie Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. All-Bran
1/3 c. raisins
1 c. skim milk
1 egg
1/4 c. oil
6 packets (or to own taste) sweetener
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Add bran and raisins, blend. Combine remaining ingredients and add to flour mixture; blend. Pour into greased loaf pan or a small cake pan (or can put in muffin tin).
Bake 35 to 50 minutes or until done.
Muffins would need to be checked a little sooner.
