Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. flour
    1/2 c. warm water
    1/3 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. warm milk
    5 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. mace
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix yeast, 1 teaspoon flour, 1 teaspoon sugar and water; let stand.
    Cream shortening, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, eggs, milk and 2 cups flour.
    Add yeast mixture; beat with beater until blended and fluffy.
    Add mace and lemon juice.
    Knead in 3 cups flour until smooth; let rise, punch down.
    Put in two 9 x 13-inch cake pans.
    Top with melted butter, cinnamon and sugar.
    Let rise again.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1/2 hour.
