Pickled Peaches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 lb. peeled peaches
3 lb. sugar
1 1/2 pt. vinegar
1/2 box stick cinnamon
1 Tbsp. whole cloves
Preparation

Make syrup by boiling sugar, vinegar and spices together.
Add peaches and cook until tender and syrup is clear.
Place carefully in hot sterile jars. Seal. Store in cool area and wait a few weeks before using.
Makes about 5 quarts.
