Apricot Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up and skinned
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. chili sauce
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 can (16 oz.) apricot halves in juice, drained
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Remove excess fat from chicken.
    Place chicken, meaty side up, in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients, except apricots; brush over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, brushing with soy mixture occasionally 60 to 70 minutes.
    About 5 minutes before chicken is done, arrange apricots around chicken. Brush with soy mixture.
    Bake 5 minutes.
