Pull Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cake yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. scalded milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 3/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine sugar, salt and butter; add to milk.
    Add yeast and eggs.
    Add flour to make stiff batter.
    Let rise.
    Stir down and let rise again.
    Pinch off in balls, dip in melted butter, then cinnamon and sugar mixture.
    Pile loosely in angel food pan or loaf pans.
    Bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
