Ingredients

2 chicken (2 1/2 lb. each) or chicken cutlets
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 can pitted black olives
1 medium onion, sliced
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. paprika
1 c. orange juice
Preparation

Combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper.
Coat chicken.
Brown in butter.
