Upside Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2/3 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix well and pour over any fruit mixed with sugar and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
