Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
3 c. carrots, grated
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix sugar, oil and eggs.
Sift dry ingredients; mix with egg mixture.
Add carrots and nuts.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in a 300\u00b0 oven.
