Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 stalks celery
    1/2 bell pepper
    1 large onion
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup
    1 c. raw rice
    1 lb. hot or mild sausage
Preparation
    Brown sausage and add celery, onion and bell pepper.
    Pour in large pan, 9 x 12-inch.
    Add 4 1/2 cups boiling water and remaining ingredients, mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
