Hash Browns Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 large onion, diced
    1 cube butter
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 c. chopped ham
    2 c. mocha mix or half and half
    5 eggs or egg substitute
Preparation
    Press hash browns into bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Saute onion in butter, then mix with cheeses and ham.
    Spread over potatoes.
    Combine butter and milk.
    Pour over the cheese and ham mixture.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes more.
