15 Minute Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak (1/4 inch thick)
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cut meat diagonally across grain in very thin strips.
    Brown meat in melted margarine.
    Add 2/3 cup water and mushrooms.
    Stir in soup mix; heat to boiling.
    Blend sour cream and flour; add to mixture.
    Cook and stir until mixture thickens. Sauce will be thin.
    Serve over rice or egg noodles.
    Serves 5.
