Green Bean Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. bacon grease, margarine or salad oil
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 can tomatoes
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can French-style green beans
Preparation
    Put 1 tablespoon bacon grease, margarine or salad oil in pan with green pepper, celery and onion. Cook until tender.
    Add tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper. Add green beans and heat thoroughly.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
