Eggplant Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. grated cheese
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 tsp. grated corn
    1 tsp. catsup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Pare eggplant and cut in 1/2-inch pieces.
    Cook in salt water until tender and almost dry.
