Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 stick margarine
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together until blended.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until set.
This can be put in an unbaked pie shell or into a pie plate without a shell.
If potatoes are too sweet, 1 cup of sugar might be enough.
