Curry Chicken(Philippino Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cut up
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 whole onions, sliced
    3 Tbsp. curry powder
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 can coconut oil
    1 pkg. frozen okra
    salt and pepper to taste or Season-All
Preparation
    Cook garlic and onions in hot cooking oil.
    When starting to look transparent, add the chicken.
    Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Then add 3 tablespoons of coconut milk; stir well.
    Cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
    Then add the remaining coconut milk, okra, season with salt and pepper or Season-All.
    Again cover and cook for 40 minutes in a medium heat.
    Serve hot with rice.
