Lemon Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
4 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

For cake mix shortening and sugar; cream.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Add flour mixture alternately with milk.
Beat egg whites and add to mixture.
Add vanilla.
Bake in round cake pans at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
