Cream Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. water
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
whipping cream
Preparation

Heat water to boiling.
Add margarine and bring to rolling boil.
Dump all flour at once into boiling water.
Lower heat and stir vigorously until ball of dough forms.
Remove from heat. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Continue stirring until smooth, thick batter forms.
Drop dough on ungreased cookie sheet by tablespoonfuls (generous).
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool and fill with sweetened whipping cream, whipped.
